We use Softsys hosting.  There portal is easy to use and powerful, there are a few teething troubles with it, very few to be honest but a few, but the support is quick and they always happily sort anything out.

I think I can say that any support request or question I have asked has been answered within a couple of hours.

We're in the UK, so its not ideal from an SEO perspective, but I can live with that
