    File not found on Umbraco Created Packages - UMB 4.0.3 Pro

    I create a Package in Umbraco and I get an error on save:

    CreatedPackage.cs System.ArgumentException: No node exists with id '1044'
    at umbraco.cms.businesslogic.CMSNode.setupNode()
    at umbraco.cms.businesslogic.web.DocumentType.ToXml(XmlDocument xd)
    at umbraco.cms.businesslogic.packager.CreatedPackage.Publish()
