I created a document of type X in the root of Umbraco (under "Home")
After that, I moved it to folder (child of root). As expected this works fine.
After that I moved the same document back to the root ("Home").
The result is that the document is still in the folder (child of root) and has been de-publisched. So I can not move it to the root. Exactly the same for all other document that I can store under the "Home".
Remark: I just upgraded Umbraco from 3.0.6 to 4.0.4 to 4.5.1
Move a document to root doesn't work
Example:
