Somehow my media tab within the umbraco UI is not in sync with the actual filesystem. For example I have a folder that has images in it. One image is called 01290_a.jpg. it has node id of 10627 and it shows the path as being media/50004/01290_a.jpg. There is no folder in the media folder with that name so the file isn't there. Since I have thousands of images I don't really know how to fix this. Can I somehow clear out all the media items that don't have matching assets in the filesystem?
