About members & adding content - isolated from backoffice interface

Hi there, newbie is here. I just installed v5 & visited empty "Homepage". I got a few questions:

1-) Are site members/users already backoffice members/users? Or are they (website users vs backoffice users) different kind of objects?

2-) Can a user add new content without entering backoffice? -I got non-geek users- ie; add new news entry at news section of the homepage? Or can a user modify/update a "static" page/content? Yes, without backoffice access? I think I can create a "News list" page and "New entry" page which one adds records wihout visiting backoffice.

3-) Can a user be member of multiple user types? ie; both of "Admin" & "Club-member" or "Club-member" & "News editor" ? I mean one username reveals many type of menus & sections.

Or are they possible to be done with Umbraco?

    Thanks.
