Newbie Question on email and forum plugin for Umbraco

My apologies for this newbie question. We are using the paid version of Umbraco and it is working out very well.

We are interested in adding a forum to Umbraco as well as an email plugin to Umbraco.

Any suggestions/recommendations for either of those?

Using the search on our gives me

Forum: http://our.umbraco.org/search?q=forum&content=project,

I recommend nForum as I know it's an active project: http://our.umbraco.org/projects/website-utilities/nforum

EMail search: http://our.umbraco.org/search?q=email&content=project,

I don't have experiences with the email projects so just take a look into the project descriptions
