    URL hash tag and characters

    Hey Guys,

    Happy new year to all! 2013, bring it on :)

    I have an issue where I am getting funny characters appearing after a url
    i.e. http://mysite.com/some-url/#.UO6CoOR1F8E

    I am guessing this is something to do with caching or the like - has anyone come across this before and can it be removed?

    UPDATE:

    Nothing to do with Umbraco!! Something to do with javascript file adding it to URL.

    Addthis:
    <script type="text/javascript"> var addthis_config = { "data_track_addressbar": true };</script>
