Did you solve this? I'm getting similar errors on a site. It's 6.0.5 and works fine locally but when uploaded to the server the app crashes imediately. Other errors:
Faulting application name: w3wp.exe, version: 7.5.7601.17514, time stamp: 0x4ce7a5f8
Faulting module name: clr.dll, version: 4.0.30319.18047, time stamp: 0x51553118

Any one experienced these kind of errors:
