    Not possible from within Umbraco, but you can just run the script outlined here http://www.marketing-ninja.com/hosting/how-to-drop-all-tables-all-views-and-all-stored-procedures-from-a-sql-2005-database-on-a-shared-host/ to delete all tables and stored procedures.

    Just delete everything within the root 'Umbraco' directory.

    If you want to delete the 'Umbraco' directory itself then you'll probably have to remove the mappings from IIS.
