Couldn't find page with NodeID=0 in umbracolog - where to even start?

I have just been looking in the umbracolog of a site for an error and have come across this:
Couldn't find any page with the nodeId = 0. This is most likely caused
by the page isn't published! Parameter name: nodeId
It's appeared in the log nearly 130000 times in the last day!!
The site is a very high traffic site and is updated quite often by numerous different people and the log doesn't go far enough back for me to pin point when it started happening to find if it coincided with an update.
Where do I even start to look to work out what is causing this?
Sometimes republishing the site fixes this. So try clicking on root node (usually home page) and republish all. If its a big site maybe do it in sections. See if that helps.
