    Russian Urls giving 404

    Hi,

    I have a Russian Website and having set hostname and culture to RU now am getting a 404 on a page cause the form action="" is giving me some crappy urls. 

    All the urls seems to be display well on the footer / main navi or side navi but on the form action it likes me something like this which generates a 404.

    ru/mаврикии/somepage/добро-пожаловать

    Any suggestions what might causing this ?
