    Debug on or off?

    This is really a newbie-question and im a little embarrased to ask this but how about debug=true in production mode..?

    Is it ok to turn it off or will it effect some part of UmBracoDebugMode..?

    you should always turn it off in production, it's only there to aid in ... well debugging so you can trace what's going on on the page when it's being processed by umbraco.

    Both umbdebugshowtrace and umbdebug are affected by the debugging settings from web.config

    <add key="umbracoDebugMode" value="true|false" />
