    Symbol Server

    Hi all,

    Is there a symbol server for Umbraco?

    If not I'd like to suggest setting one up, altho I have no idea how difficult that is :-)

    No there isn't a symbol server for Umbraco, but it would be a cool idea to do. Ultimately though it's open source, you can just download the code and generate the symbols anyway.

    What would you want a Symbol Server for? Source code stepping or just 'better' error messages? If it's the former then you'd need both a Symbol and a Source server.

    Yep, Both,

    I assume the symbol server will just save me the time of downloading the source :-)

    I assume it would make it easy for someone like me who hasn't got into the source to report bugs more accurately.
