This document already has a 'DocumentElement' node v4.5.2
Every now and then i get this erro (see title) i found this solution which invloves changing code in access.cs someone has commented to say this error still exsists in 4.5.2 http://umbraco.codeplex.com/workitem/29412
I am using v4.5.2 and occasionally get this error however there doesnt seem to be an access.cs file in v4.5.2 so is there a fix? ive been searching but cant find a solution.
