    changing a rich text field doesn't seem to save

    I've noticed a problem rearing it's ugly head and I'm hoping someone can help me.

    My secondary page template seems to have a problem saving changes to rich text fields. If I don't have any text when I save, it shows "[tidy error]" and won't accept any change. If I do have any text when I save, that's all it'll show from then on out. I also notice that the font changes to Times New Roman as well.

    I haven't updated a page in about a month, but now it seems to do that every time.

    Any ideas?

    I think you are using an older Umbraco version combined with IE9. If so please ubgrade to 4.7 and your error is gone.

    Why yes I am.

    I'm glad to hear this is a known issue with a fix. :)

    I guess I'll be pushing that update into an upcoming sprint to release. :)
