Umbraco 5: Creating Document Type programatically

Hi!

I'm wondering is there a method to create a Doc Type programmatically in Umbraco 5.

And can I use approach that was used in package DevDataset?

I looking for solution too, I tried to apply from DevDataset,but still doesn't success yet.
