Where is the Relationship API documentation formatted as text? If it does not exist on the web, is the source code commented? Where is that Relationship APIsource code located?
Places I've look but not found any usable documentation:

Videos are terribly ineffective for documentation, I'd rather search a document in 3 seconds thatn sit through a 10 minute video which may or may not answer my question.
