Copying content from one Umbraco instance to another
I am trying to copy actual content from one Umbraco instance to another. I have copied over the necessary document types, but I am struggling to find an efficient method to copy over content.
I am considering creating CSV files then using CMSImport to import it into the new instance. Am I going down the right path for this or has this been achieved by other means. Any links or tutorials gratefully received!
You may want to have a look at the Courier package (although its a paid package) to achieve what you want :-) Otherwise, it's always an option to create your site as a package which you are able to install on your target Umbraco site.
