What version of Umbraco are you using? Could you post a screendump on what the issue looks like? Do you get any kind of error messages? Are there any scripting errors or other weird stuff displayed in the browser console?
A long shot on this issue is that there is a problem with permissions on your installation. I don't know the approach you have taken to install Umbraco but if you have not seen the documentation then you can find it here http://our.umbraco.org/documentation/Installation/

in my umbraco backoffice membera area it does not show any thing on Right click like create or del or etc
