I have a package that uses members a lot, and I map them into my own models. What one is best to use for this on a busy site?
In reality I'm asking which one is going to be quickest? Getting single members and also getting multiple members (Both with the groups they are in)?
I would use the examples that are here: http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-4379#comment=67-12760
It's designed to use members on the frontend so that probably has the best performance.

P.S. If you want to map members to models you should have a look at the Models Builder (think I already told you on Twitter ;-)). In the latest 7.1.5 nightly it also support mapping to members.
Did you already chose something?

Which is better for performance? MembershipHelper or MemberService?
