I've recently upgraded from 7.2 to 7.2.1 this is when my problem started.
The Application Start-up went from a couple of seconds to a couple of minutes (5 min)
This happens on more than one server so I know it is the application causing this
My question is how will I go about to debug this. I'm running iis 7.5

To Answer my own question.
I used ProcessMonitor http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb896645.aspx to see what was happening in w3wp.exe
In my case it was usync which was probably not configured properly - Uninstalled and problem fixed
is working on a reply...
