I have setup a Visual Studio 2010 starter solution for Umbraco 4.5 with:

• .Less
• SquishIt
• jQuery intellisense
• Some extension methods
• Default template
• Blueprint
• And more...

They are all combined and working together as one.

I will write a blogpost really soon about what I did and why :-)

 So technically speaking its possible considering css files are stored in the file system. Imagine the posibilites when it comes to clients requests. I'm just about to start my first umbraco site( wish me luck) for a client whom i know will requested changes, and imagine the possibilities with customizing the UI of umbraco for clients who are looking for something branded. I'm a UI designer :) hence the references to customizing the UI.

@kipuseop would be cool to read about it.

FYI, here's how you can use it along side the Client Dependency Framework which is built in to Umbraco 4.5

I know this is pretty late, but I was reading these posts this weekend and decided it was as good a time as any to make my first package. Check out uLess for LESS integration. It extends the Less file viewer from uBootstrap to include the ability to add/edit/delete files from the back office directly.
