404 Handler / 301 Redirect Solution that works with 4.5.2
What options do we currently have for handling 404 page not found for any file type, asp, aspx, cfm, htm, html that will work in 4.5.2? I only see two packages online and it appears neither has been upgraded to the new schema. I tried creating my own handler, which works for aspx pages, however fails with other file types. With the other types, IIS is handling before Umbraco can.
