Courier 2.0 looks very promising, but I'm curious what others use for the standard staging / live server setup?
Basically, if the client/dev wants to make changes on a staging server then push all the changes live either as a push button process or as part of a scheduled deploy. So the DB and the code files would sync on deploy.
Anyone have any tools or strategies they really like?
We have done scheduled automatic deploys, Courier, and just manual DB/file compares. So far we don't really like any of these options all that much.

No solution yet. We added another staging install and get approval on that site before going live officially.
