I'm looking at building a custom event calendar. In order to keep events organized in the tree I was thinking about using the Autofolders add-on to place the submitted event in a folder like "2011/08/05/event_name". However, this creates a problem with reoccuring or events that span mulitple days.
I'm sure I can't be the first to have this issue. Any suggestions?
You could take a look at the uCalendar or PDCalendar packages? I believe they can handle the reoccuring events.
With a previous client website I worked on, we looked at using something like AutoFolders/DateFolders for the events, but eventually decided against it and opted for categories instead (these were for theatre-type events, so the categories were like Comedy, Drama, Music, etc.)

I have added your package locally and found 3 micro PDCalendar,PDCTableCalendar,PDCUlliCalendar in list. But How to call this to check. Please help.
