One Umbraco Instalation Controlling multiple websites on multiple domains
Hi guys in theory what I am trying to do is simple, I have
created a working umbraco site with most of the functionality now basically I
want to role out the exact same website across multiple domains maybe about
15-20 now I have used the SQL CE light type of database which thinking about it
now may have been a lazy choice I may regret. I want to be able to use the same
master pages but change the CSS so I can change the design, the only thing
which will be different is the content of each site.
I am trying to set things up so
that If I change a document type or template in one place the changes and reflect
on all sites but I can still change the content of each site.
ok...so what do you think...? Is it possible? What kind of apporoch should I use to do it? I'm using Version 4 at the moment, is there anything is version 5 that addresses this issue directly? Do I need to start again and structure every thing diffrently? (if I do I'll guess Ill use 5)
