    Hi everyone,

Can anyone recommend some Blog and Forums engines that work nice with Umbraco?

    Thanks.

Umbraco has its own blog package (blog4umbraco... you'll find it in the package repository and also in the projects section of our.umbraco.org)

For the moment, YAF seems to be the best choice for forum integration. Here are some pointers on how to do it to get you started...

    Hi guys,

Thanks for all the help. I had a look at Blog4Umbraco and it seems ok, but not for the requirements I have for this project. We're talking about thousands of users, all of them can have blogs, integration with social networks and stuff.

YAF seems to handle this scenario, so I'll go for it for sure. I'll have a look at integrating some blog engines and will let you know if I can accomplish something with this.

    Cheers.
