    Add Custom controls to umbraco's edit content pages

    I have a multilingual, multidomain website where user can publish his edit's across different zones/languages.

    I would like few checkboxes on top of every content edit page (like this)

     

    And when user selects publish then I will read those checkboxes values and run my custom code.

    Can anyone suggest a way to do achieve this in umbraco.
