I'm using the fantastic poll pacakge provided by Tim. It works fine but I need to customize it. Can anybody here to suggest me where can I get the source code? Thanks

I created a new polling package (after trying Tim's and needing to modify it but couldn't get a hold of the source code). It's an Ajax package that can be managed directly from Umbraco. You can download it at http://www.tadasolutions.com/2009/9/15/umbraco-polling-package.aspx.
