    v4 Output Cache GetVaryByCustomString?

    I have a very old v4 site which I want to use Output cache on. I want to use GetVaryByCustomString as I want to cache by 'rawurl' but that needs me to have my own Global.asax by the look it.

    What are my other options if I can't have my own global.asax?
