    When do recompile projects using the umbraco .dll's

    If I have made a visual project using umbraco.dll from version 4.0.1 and using some of the API in my project. I have now updated my website to version 4.0.3 of umbraco. Do i have to recompile my visual studio project with the new dll from version 4.0.3 or can it just use the new dll on the live site without recompiling?

    No, you don't have to recompile, the API calls that you've used already haven't changed in the new version.
