    datatype with modal window

    Hi All,

    I'm looking to create a new datatype but would like to create it like to create it as a modal window like the media picker.

    I'm going to be creating the datatype using the 3 classes method http://www.nibble.be/?p=50

    Also I would like to be able to add the datatype to the tinymce bar at the top.

    Are there and examples podcasts showing how to do this? I have had a quick look and cant find how to do this any help appreciated.

    Have a look at how it's done in the Umbraco source code, for example in umbraco\presentation\umbraco\controls\COntentpicker.cs.

    It's rather ugly though, injecting some javascript straight into the page..
