    Updating TinyMCE

    At my workplace we are using Umbraco 3 and we do not wish to upgrade at the moment. However we do wish to use the latest version of TinyMCE which I believe is 2.9. Is there a way of putting a new version of TinyMCE in to Umbraco without upgrading the whole of Umbraco.

    You would need to create a custom data type which renders your appropriate version of TinyMCE
