    Error in media section

    Hi all,

I keep getting an error every time I open media panel. The screenshot below:

    enter image description here

    The console writes this error:

    GET http://10.0.40.19:1067/umbraco/backoffice/UmbracoApi/Entity/GetById?id=1236&type=media 404 (Not Found)(anonymous function) @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:106o @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:102g @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:100i @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:79i @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:79(anonymous function) @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:80e.$eval @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:92e.$digest @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:90e.$apply @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:92j @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:101r @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:104w.onreadystatechange @ angular.min.js?cdv=2085030795:106

But when I looked at the database I find that 1236 id is a datatype - Nested Content.

    enter image description here

How can I get rid of the error for this ghost media item?

    Thanks,

    Paulius

    Hi Paulius

Do you by any chance have defined a nested content type where one or more of the document types you're referencing have had their name or alias changed? This usually triggers this error in my experience - I usually see it when navigating to the content section though.

But try double checking the datatypes you have based on the nested content property editor and see if something has changed because of changed name/alias.

    Hope this helps.
