I have created a new document type

then i've a created the template calling only the fileds ... but i need a structure like this

But if i write on the fileds in the document the text appear on the title while i'd like to set a div under the titles (chi siamo, cosa facciamo)

So i think to create an xslt that call the value of select of different fields
