Hey i have a flash file where i fill in certain values. i want these values to change what posts is listed below the flash without reloading the page. I understand this shoud be possible by calling javafunctions from flash but i'm far from a solution with umbraco. Anyone done anything like this and care to help me out a bit?
Hi I am no flash expert mewfin, but when work with Flash Designers/Developers we tend to agree on passing an XML document to the flash file using an alt template. eg: http://yoursite.co.uk/flashxml.aspx or the old V3 way http://yoursite.co.uk/?altTemplate=flashxml In this template you can have an XSLT macro to then render your XML you need to pass to the flash file. I hope this helps you. Warren
Thanks Warren, sure ill get alot of use for that stuff later on. But i solved this problem by just hiding/unhiding Divs with javascript:)
I am glad you got this problem sorted. Warren
