Sending a mail to variable receiver

Hi there, I've been scouting the web for a solution but haven’t had any luck getting a solution.

What i want is a simple contact form, but where the receiver is defined by a parent property and the headline is generated by the value of a clicked item.

The basic navigation is as so:
The user click an item on the page
A mail form will appear with the headline of the clicked item.

I'm a young autodidact programmer, so i haven't ever worked with non-asp.NET forms and input objects.
A push or a hint in the right direction would be appreciated.

    Hi Martin,

This is definitely not an XSLT job - If you've had some .NET experience (seems you have?) you can just create a UserControl for this, and then put it in a macro - done deal.
