Xslt and Mysql fetch data

Can you fetch data from mysql with a xslt extension? and how?

Can you use the connection string from the webconfig?

Rene,

You need to write your own xslt extension see project http://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/sql-for-xslt-(jespercom) this one is for mssql but you can crack open the code and see how its done.
