Error while Installing the manually created package

When I am installing the Umbraco package which is created manually by me, Getting an error is occurring :

"Server error: Contact administrator, see log for full details. Failed to install package. Error during the step "InstallData".

I don't know what is the error. whether I did mistake while creating the package or is it a bug in Umbraco version 7.6.3 assembly: 1.0.6361.21154?

Please help me!!

Hi Praveen Kumar

Can you check Umbraco Logs(/App_Data/Logs)?

What files are included in your package?

It's not a bug of Umbraco version 7.6.3 definitely.
