    Migrating from Umbraco to Sitecore

    Dear All,

    Is there anyway where i can convert umbraco data templates and data items to Sitecore tempaltes and data items.

    Is there any xml way in Umbraco to convert the content pages into xml that i can consume in Sitecore.

    please help me.

    Hi Kapil,

    You can use uSync package to export all Umbraco configuration. https://our.umbraco.org/projects/developer-tools/usync/

    If you install this, it will create xml files for all your configuration in Umbraco like datatypes, documenttypes, templates, etc...

    All the content is stored in XML format in your /App_Data/umbraco.config file

    To do the conversion to sitecore you have to create your own parser on the xml files.
