I wonder if it's possible to sort a custom list view of content by a custom property column. Currently it looks like, that only default colums (eg name, create date,...) are sortable. Do i miss something or can you give me an advice how to achieve that?

It isn't possible at the moment to sort by a custom property column;
there is an open issue here that describes this functionality that you can vote up:
http://issues.umbraco.org/issue/U4-6003
in my head I'd seen a conversation indicating a pull request was too late for 7.3 and might make it into 7.4 but I don't think it has.
