Allow User Types to Only Edit Certain Other User Types?
Is there some way of restricting certain user types so they can only edit users of certain other user types? Below are some examples.
Super users can edit all users.
Domain users can only edit users belonging to their domain.
Regional users can only edit users belonging to their region/domain.
General users are the lowest level user type.
Each of these would be represented as a particular user type (e.g., "Super", "Site A", "Site A - United States", "Site A - United States - General User").

I should also mention that these are Umbraco users (i.e., NOT members that log into the frontend of the site) that log into the back office.
