Does EmptyRecycleBin() on contentService actually work?
Does EmptyRecycleBin() actually work?

I'm using
```
_contentService.EmptyRecycleBin();
```
and then bin items still exist in there - nothing has been removed.

I;m trying Empty recycle bin action on the folder in back office and it doesn't remove bin items neither.

Why isn't it working neither way?
