Umbraco wants to update to same version (7.12.3 to 7.12.3)
I'm updating Umbraco now and I wanted to create fresh project with the latest package and bring there only things which I need. I made a copy of DB, created new project and run it with connection to old DB, so far so good. Than I moved over couple things and now I see very odd screen, which wnates to updgrade from one version to another and both of those versions are same. Not sure what went wrong..
You sometimes get this if the version number in web.config is different to the database version and assembly version. Just let it do its stuff and it will fix this. It should be fine.
