Updating Permissons to write to temp folders

    Hi All

On the last part of installing Umbraco 4.0.4.2. on a Windows 2008 R2 Server, via a VPN.  After entering the database details on the install screen the following error message occurs:

Could not save the web.config file. Please modify the connection string manually. An error occurred loading a configuration file: Access to the path 'C:\inetpub\wwwroot\fsaswkxa.tmp' is denied. (C:\inetpub\wwwroot\web.config)

Not sure where I update the permissons, so that Umbraco can wrtie to temp folders: Would someone be able to point me in the right direction,

    Thanks

    Eddie

This post gives a few ways to update the permissions:

    http://our.umbraco.org/wiki/install-and-setup/set-umbraco-folder-permissions-from-command-line

Basically your application pool account needs to have access to certain files, including the web.config.
