For all installations i've made it's almost the same procedure:
1) Download and unblock the zip-file. 2) Unzip the files. 3) Copy files to the web-server folder. 4) Set the right permissions on folders and files. 5) Insert database connection-string into web.config.

Where can I find an installation guide for version 4.5?
