    Security package does not exist

    HI All

    Transerfed a site over to the live server and wanted install the new secuirty patch.

    When I attempt to install, either from a local download or a direct download I get the following:

    The file '/umbraco/plugins/poetpatcher/patch.ascx' does not exist.

    Exception Details: System.Web.HttpException: The file '/umbraco/plugins/poetpatcher/patch.ascx' does not exist.

    Any ideas?

    Hi Eddie,

    1. Make sure that Network Service has read-write access to that folder.
    2. Re-run the patch.
    3. If still not working, download the patch, extract it and put the file to that folder. Then re-run the patch.

    Hi Ferry

    Turned out I had to change "NETWORK SERVICE" to "IIS APPPOOL\DEFAULTAPPPOOL".
