I notice that there is an XML file with the server name of the new server name: e.g. "Server0001_<GUID>.xml" so it seems the cache was rebuilt but I don't know what I'm missing. Also there are .lck and .exa files in the Examine folder with the previous server name prefixed on them, can I delete these?

I normally solve this issue with deleting the ClientDependency folder contents however w/4.5.2 I noticed that there are 2 Client Dependency folders
1) App_Data-->ClientDependency
2) App_Data-->TEMP-->ClientDependency
