I have set the Media Library start node for a number of users, but we are getting quite a few images appearing in the root of the Media Library instead. There are some images / files in the designated folder but I would say the majority are in the root.
Has anyone else experienced this? Is there a solution?

This is on v4.0.4.1, MS SQL Server database.
