    How to install Starter kits

    How do I install a starter kit for a website that is Off line - no connection to Internet.

    i don't think its possible.
    you can install on your pc a fresh umbraco install and see the changes after you install the starter kit and alter the existing umbraco accordingly to the new umbraco installation

    Yes, I found out how to do it.

    I have installed the Creative Website Starter Kit on Umbraco version 4.7.0 but when i click on the start page which is /home.aspx the browser redirects back to the default Umbraco install page ... any help would be appreciated.
